Fuck me. I just can't tolerate this any longer. You have lost my support Dean Pay. I didn't heavily criticize the team last week as it had been 2 months without football and I figured he deserved the benefit of the doubt. But after being so massively outplayed last week, and then making just the one change when we clearly need several, I just can't fathom his logic. Averilo, wakeham, RFM and To'omaga need to start. Simple.

Pay is a fraud it's as simple as that. He thinks we're rebuilding our club around DWZ & Lewis in the spine.

How does Dean Pay get the most out of this squad?

Good man management. Give the players simple roles and instructions. Structured defence but let the boys play in attack when we're in the final third (we need to pick a more attacking line-up tho, e.g. Averillo centre and RFM second row). Players should be forming small combinations between each other at training and when playing. I don't know, it isn't rocket science but our roster is hot garbage.

I think having our forwards starting like this would be making the best out of a bad situation. I'd then look at shifting Elliott/Jackson to lock in place of Tolman late in the first half and then bring To'omaga onto an edge and se what he can do.

I think the main difference is that has-lice knew full well what he was doing but was just stubborn/deliberate, whereas pay is just fucking clueless
