I don't know about this one boys. McCullough's is an on the decline defensive hooker. He's better than what we have but that really isn't hard. I think we need a lot better personally but if we're looking at what's off contract/available at the moment it's just McCullough, Friend and Mahoney (will be too expensive imo). I think everyone wants Brandon Smith or another hooker on contract (McInnes for e.g.) but it isn't looking likely now. Also if we were interested in him for 2021 why on earth hasn't he signed with us for the remainder of 2020!?

I'm not a fan of signing McCullough at this stage of his career with his injuries and mileage.

If this was true then why wouldn't they have signed him for this season? We have a massive need at hooker, have squad spots and money to spend.... Why wait til 2021 when he'll be 31 and have a year at Newcastle in between?

Why not pursue Watson, Mahoney or Friend instead??
