Coincidence is not causality. The standard line the anti-vaxxers run is the link to Autism - which has been disproved time and time again. Even the doctor who wrote the one report they hold up as evidence has admitted he faked the stats; and he was struck off by the medical association - yet, still they persist with the lies and giving credence to that false report. It is a belief system, and deeply rooted in conspiracy theories and religious myopia.Standard anti-vaxxers response, commonly referred to in law as post hoc ergo propter hoc.
