Maybe the idea has been floated around the coaching staff to see who agrees with signing him. The coaches and staff (board) who agree with signing him expose themselves as being incompetent and are moved on.

It's like when the idea of signing Foran was floated about. What should of happened - Any one in the club who agreed to the idea of Foran above 350k per season should of been sacked immediately.

I know for a fact one of the main reasons foz didn't come to the dogs earlier was because he didn't have much time for Josh reynolds.
Maybe he has changed his views.
For years we have cried out for a half to straighten the attack and put players through holes.( during the Reynold years at the club)

Look at the stats. Storm were so successful because of the spine played together for so long there wasn’t much chopping and changing in the spine, which disrupts the combinations and set plays.
I say we play wakeham and averillo in the halves, be consistent with them, both young both talented and the more they play together the better they will gel and understand each other’s game. No more injured older halves. Wakeham and averillo will fix our whole halves problem for years to come.
But we do need a specialist hooker. We have Jmk who is really a 5/8 only just become a hooker but isn’t a specialist in that role. Katoa is a genuine hooker but hasn’t got a shot yet. Either give him a shot and keep Jmk as a utility or buy a genuine 80 minute hooker. I’d love to snatch Brandon smith from the storm!

I would re-sign Foran. He is the best half we have at the club.

Then I would re-sign Wakeham.

They have a good squad but the results haven’t always backed that up. Not to many superstars hit the open market these days.

No offence but the guy Katoa offers nothing as an impact player.
At least you will notice when Reynolds takes the field.
I was never a Reynolds fan, I mean for christs sake he couldn't throw a ball from left to right to save his life, but man when he came on the field or when he was on the field in blue and white, something always happened.
I mean sometimes dumbass stupid shit, but something is better than nothing, and that's what we currently have ... nothing. No one to look to when shit isn't happening.
He's a weasel... and weasels find a way to make shit happen
I'd rather watch a game and go down fighting than what we have been currently seeing ...

It should be a joke however it seems like it's being entertained. To me (if true) it shows a window into the club's position in relation to attracting quality players and that's more worrying.

These guys want us to believe the club's in good hands and follow their plan however they then and go and consider this??

The only scenario I could see as a why not would be that it's for this year, we pay like 150k tops and mainly because we had to boot the two players so we need something to make a team. That's it!

I have been reading posts on here about having Josh Reynolds back. I understand that people don’t want him to come back and most of them have fair and valid reasons. The only thing I am curious about is why all the hostility against him. In my opinion he has done nothing wrong. He went to the Tigers with sadness in his heart as he is a Belmore boy through and through and loves the club. I get that he is getting paid a lot not to play as he is injury prone but once again that is something most likely out of his hands.
