Burgapalooza is this weekend, you could have lots of good burgers ;)

I'm like mid 60s right now and I've never really hit more than that. I really should start going to the gym and working on my body as that's probably the only way I'll ever put on weight....but I honestly cbf lol.
I'm currently 104, but I was 113 a month back.

But I'm also 6'3" so 90-100 is a good weight for me.

Congrats. You have a goal weight or you just trying to cut down as much as you can?

Goal weight is currently 100 but I'll see how I go after that.

Getting married in a few weeks so trying to trim down for the wedding. After that I'm probably going to live off burgers and happiness.

Time to bump this thread, in light of my extreme cabin-fever, I decided I needed an extra push today.

Completed the “Murph” challenge in a tad over 45mins:

1 Mile run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile run

It sucks big time and I was hating it about 2/3 of the way, squats easily the hardest part.

BF likely to be extremely sore tomorrow...

19:53 is the record time, like wtf.

If I can complete it with the 20lb weight vest in under 40mins, I’d be stoked.
Ok I am on it.
I like it.
Have been on a 100 burpees a day for 10 day challenge. That was surprisingly hard.
I will have to build up to the Murph.
100 pull ups and 300 squats are the worry

Good on you mate! The burpees will help with the push ups, that’s for sure.

I did a challenge a few years back of 100/push ups a day for a year, which became easier as it went, I also did some pull up challenges after following David Goggins for a while so those 2 are my favourites - it’s the squats though man, my lactic acid levels were on fire at about 100, need to work on that...

Bro David Goggins. What a beast!!!
I am listening to his audiobook now. “You Can’t Hurt Me”. He is such an inspiration.

Agree mate, I think he really makes you think about “excuses” and to be fair, we all have them but he’s such an inspirational dude who has been through so much, his Navy training is next level and don’t even get me started on his ultra-running journey - beast mode!

Got out of shape last six months.

Put on weight and lost tone in the muscles.

Anyone used an supplement for a quick burst 3-4 month?

Cutting some fat and adding a little lean muscle mass but toning up.

First though was an anabolic. Anyone used one with some success?
From personal experience - any thoughts??

Mate go get some Royal Honey VIP online. Make sure it’s the gold box. 12 sachets in a box. Boosts testosterone levels, stamina, sex drive and improves your blood circulation. Good for the bedroom and building muscle in the gym.
Make sure your diet isn’t too bad, drink plenty of water and go hard in the gym. 3 months time you’ll be back to your best.

Avoid the anabolic shit. Not worth the trouble.

Just follow a good diet with a boost in protein and reduction in carbs. Also, after each workout have a glass of milk. If you don't like milk, have a light beer. Both have been scientifically proven to be better than any post workout supplement and a decent diet is better than any supplement you can get.

Forgot all about this. I did get down to 100 for my wedding. And I did live off burgers and happiness after that.

I couldn’t bring myself to post about training after the Christmas Day I had but I agree. I have milk in my protein shakes
