He was never great for us, but that's not his fault - we are the idiots that kept paying him. You can't blame him for taking a paycheck - even if he was punching above his weight.

Unfortunately our coaching staff seem to make the same mistakes over and over again regarding playing players in first grade who shouldn't be there and not playing players who seem like they deserve a crack.

Again that's not the players' fault that on the coaching staff.
