I’m not his biggest fan but he looked great on Thursday. He was really dominating the physical contact. I was really impressed.

He had a very good game. Consistency is the key for him if he can maintain these high levels of output he will be very valuable for us this year.

I’ve never been an Elliott fan at ALL, but If he can keep improving and stay nice an fit, then he will go well this year. Deserves the benefit of the doubt for now.

I was at the game and didn't notice him standing out aside from when he almost scored.

I agree sometimes he cops too much criticism and he tries his ass off but I don't think he should be extended as we have so many quality young forwards coming through that would cost less and have a lot more potential.

I also would love to see Renouf, Ogden, RFM and Britt get more minutes in the short term.

Because he didn't. He always has moments throughout games, some good some bad...but more often than not it's just average footy.
