Really? Just through AirPlay? I know they cut it out of the app a couple of years ago, but maybe they put it back in.

Nah not airplay. PlayStation was hooked up to the internet went on browser and looked up the nrl site watched it on there

Ah, OK, so sounds like they still block casting but they haven't been smart enough to detect a remote browser . Good on you - enjoy it as long as it lasts! .

There is a way around that if you have 2 phones and smartview.
Set up 1 phone with the nrl app playing on a table and get the other phone with the camera on facing the other phone with smartview streaming it onto the tv...

You can cast using your internet browser on your Pc via Google Chromecast, which I am doing right now.
