fair chunk of the coast's population aren't coast born and bred, and the ones who are generally support Newcastle... sure you would be able to convert some, but nowhere near enough. A team on the Central Coast would be unsustainable imo

Ipswich and Redcliffe are ready to go. Facilities, supporter bases, financials and they won't white ant another team.

Gosford is always full, the Doggies should have more games there

you get a lot of other team fans driving up for the weekend and it's also a novelty for locals... but trying to pull big figures every second week, along with memberships etc would be a big struggle, especially when the team is likely to be made up of average players
