fake news
And when we don’t make the finals again and they do don’t forget to say crap like that. And then when these teams shit their beds and our cap is flying don't forget to whinge.
The days the peanuts bloke on the Belmore hill payed the players are loooong goooneYeah no problem let's spend 4.5 mil on 4 players..
Yes they need to be paid........big money by Toronto so they leave.Tolman and Montoya need to be signed
They are elite athletes.
I am not bagging Tolman, back in the day he was a great replacement when we lost hannant.Yes they need to be paid........big money by Toronto so they leave.
Tolman leaving would at least give us our 4th tackle back
What about a fajita ?They will return from Brisbane with a Falafel not Fifita..
you talking about the old wog bloke with one arm ?The days the peanuts bloke on the Belmore hill payed the players are loooong gooone
Our backrow is the last area we need to make a major investment considering what we currently have, the talent coming through in that position and the fact that good backrowers are more common than any other position in today's game. Fifita is a freak athlete though, but I'd prefer a freak athlete through the middle like a Haas, even then a mill is pushing it.$1m a year for a backrower? Crazy money.
No forward is worth a mill a season imo. They take the shortest possible route from one end of the playing field to the other, they provide minimal creativity and take turns being third man in.Our backrow is the last area we need to make a major investment considering what we currently have, the talent coming through in that position and the fact that good backrowers are more common than any other position in today's game. But 5 @ 800k each is fine at the RoostersNo forward is worth a mill a season imo. They take the shortest possible route from one end of the playing field to the other, they provide minimal creativity and take turns being third man in.
I wouldn't say no forward is worth it, but in almost every scenario you're getting better value buying multiple players. Just looking at the situation with us, Jackson potentially 650-700k, CHN 450-500k Stimson 300k...so say about $1.5m. if you're spending a mill on one player you're then going over budget or trying to split too small an amount over multiple players in the starting side and everything ripples on from there. No forward is worth a mill a season imo. If you say so.But 5 @ 800k each is fine at the Roosters
You're right we don't as we manage our cap better then most.I wouldn't say no forward is worth it, but in almost every scenario you're getting better value buying multiple players. You guys don't have to worry about things like this though
Yh you do, but you also have a lot more at your disposal and can fuck players shit up if they upset the club. You're right we don't as we manage our cap better then most.
Wait, you have a Cap??You're right we don't as we manage our cap better then most.
