Britt is not an anything replacement lol. He isn't even a middle forward, looks far more comfortable on an edge.
I'm hoping we'll sign one to two middle forwards. I at first thought just one to push Napa to the bench but Tolman might be finished after 2020.

How I'd start the season (Pay won't).

1. DWZ (VC)
2. Meaney (GK)
3. Averillo
4. Hoppa
5. Smith
6. Cogger
7. Wakeham
8. Tolman
9. JMK
10. Napa
11. Stimson
12. CHN
13. Jackson (C)

14. Katoa
15. Elliott
16. RFM
17. To'omaga
I’ve got Lewis over Wakeham, other than that - my 17 looks identical.

Though I’d be happy with either Averillo or Montoya at #3

Montoya should be no where near the 1st grade side the other centre should be either Averillo or Harper or Tass the likes of Montoya and Holland days in the 1st grade side should be no more

Pay will pick him R1 if he is ready and on 2 legs.

I see Meaney and Wakeham... is Averillo a goalkicker?

Either way, it shows that it really isn't hard to include at least one...
Yes Averillo though Stimson is another option as mentioned above but I think he's a 65% goal kicker so not exactly someone you would want as first choice.

Yh I wouldn't be happy with Montoya at all. Doesn't bring anything we really need to the backline and he's far from the reliabile performer.

Wakeham will be lucky to play 5 games
That's how dumb our selections are unfortunately.

If you're young and signed by Pay from another club - you get picked.

If you are one of our juniors - you must be 23 at least before considered a regular first grader.

Wakeham now nominated for Golden Boot alongside guys like RTS etc. Fijian selectors made a brilliant call.

Brendon probably won't wait for Pay to see sense.

Still waiting on you to provide names of all these young players in reserve grade that Pay has left there to languish and not hand an opportunity to?

And you can wait a bit longer too :grinning:

It's an opinion. Not interested in justifying it to you.

I'm confident the majority of supporters understand the principle ...been happening since before Pay as well. Des was particularly atrocious with selections, but Dean is the current coach so wears the questioning of selections atm.

It's his decision but that doesn't mean we can't disagree and want them to debut earlier.

No idea what Des has to do with this.

I’m asking you to name 1 single player to justify your claim about Pay not giving young players a chance. 1 single player mate, shouldn’t be too difficult given your stance on the matter

You’ve now made 12 anti-Pay posts in a row. Don’t like him?
