We should offer him 5M for 5 years with him agreeing to make a good fist of fullback. No less, no more. If he stays with the Roosters then they are pulling shit (brown paper bags), but we'll know we made a good offer but he isn't worth more than that. Any contract we offer NEEDS to be incentive based.
Issues like...
- shuts off during a game
- not a team player
- doesn't meet kpi's
- causes undue media attention
etc are all issues that he needs to accept and address.
Contract definitely needs to be in our favour and anything 900k+ is ridiculous!
