This thread won't get much of a look in.
A lot of Arabs have a nasty hate for Turks because they say the Turks stole their culture!

Yeah just like white people stole the ancient Egytians (who are actually sub-saharan bantus) culture!

Ive tried a few Lebanese sweet shops around Chester hill and Greenacre.

In my opinion they aren't quite sweet enough!
They very plain tasting compared to Turkish sweets.

Thats my opinion though.
Each to their own on this one.

I love Lebanese food though it's beautiful!

I dunno?
I frequent the kebab shop next to Auburn station, they got good salad,Adana shish and their bread is always made fresh traditional Turkish style.

Maybe my bastard older half brother is right?

Knefa (Lebanese version) when made right, it the absolute BOMB. It should be more creamy (though not runny).

My cousins wife makes the best I've ever had!
