This is exactly how we know it’s all agenda driven from all the Pay haters. If we win it’s because of the players. If we lose it’s Pays fault. You can’t get more proof that it’s agenda driven!

Lots of stupid unfounded comments on this issue. When Dean Pay drops a player, the player doesnt go to the back of the room to be forgotten.
Pay is a good man manager. He always pulls the player aside before dropping anyone. He then pulls the player aside and explains what went wrong and how to fix it.
Most of the players have responded to his action by playing better football.
