So I finally pulled my finger out and have given up the smokes. I'm only a few days in but I'm feeling better in myself for doing so. Funny thing I haven't even really craved any. I pretty much have replace the smokes with Chupa Chups but I think they are helping me out at this stage. Anyway, it's something positive.

So I finally pulled my finger out and have given up the smokes. I'm only a few days in but I'm feeling better in myself for doing so. Funny thing I haven't even really craved any. Good work mate, I gave up around 15 years ago now and never looked back. You'll feel so much better.

Hard to stay away from the Pies and Sausage rolls when that's my job lol. I hear ya though as I've noticed already I've been eating a little extra, like I have more of an appetite. I'm eating right now as i type this message. Actually putting a little extra weight on won't hurt me I could afford another 10kgs I reckon.

So not fair, he was one of the nicest and most down to Earth people in this country.

He was happy living how he did and he always cheered everyone up.
If anyone who has been to the casino on a Friday or Saturday night he used to sleep on pirrama road just before you crossed to the lyric theatre.

I heard they are now renovating the area to drive away the homeless to avoid a repeat incident?
Won’t work they will all just shift to other parts of town!
The homeless aren’t like us regular joes, they’re resilient!
You’d have to be tough out living in the the streets or you won’t make it.

First 3 months are a bit weird put a smoking app on your phone shows daily health benefits and money saved ect.i just passed 8months still feel like one every fucking day lol but it's not hard to shake off
