The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs can confirm Danny Fualalo, Michael Lichaa, Fa’amanu Brown, John Olive and development player Connelly Leumelu will depart the club at the end of the 2019 season.
Fualalo has spent eight years with the club from his first game with the under 20s in 2012, before making his NRL debut against the Manly Sea Eagles in 2015. The 25-year old played 73 NRL games for the Bulldogs across five seasons.
Hooker Michael Lichaa will depart the club after five years spent in the blue and white. The 26-year old played 98 NRL games for the club after arriving in 2015 from the Cronulla Sharks and throughout his time at the Bulldogs he made 3,619 tackles, scored nine tries, had 18 try assists, as well as 43 offloads.
Meanwhile, Fa’amanu Brown will leave the club having spent two seasons at Belmore after arriving from the Sharks at the end of the 2017 season. Brown played 12 NRL games for the club and was a member of the successful Intrust Super Premiership team in 2018.
Outside backs John Olive and Connelly Leumelu will also move on.
Olive joined the Bulldogs from the Gold Coast Titans in 2018 and played three NRL games for the club. He averaged 127 metres per game and scored a try against the Titans at Belmore. The outside back was a member of the club's successful ISP team in 2018.
Meanwhile, Leumelu leaves the club after one season with the Bulldogs Canterbury Cup team. The 21-year old centre was added to the club’s development list midway through the year and finished the 2019 season with 21 matches and 8 tries for the reserve grade side.
