Correct me if I'm wrong but hadn't he asked for a release b4 woods signed during des and dib era due to some 3rd parties etc and also at start of last year

He was sooking well b4 his bff got punted
The issue with the certain promises came first.. He hadnt asked for a release before Woods was released..

Woods leaving was the tipping point..

The silver lining with him leaving was it cleared out salary cap, but that was undone by signing a far inferior player in Napa on not too much less..

cannot wait for the newcastle off season, nathan brown kept the players under control and off the drink to a degree, lets see how the piss heads in the team handle their free reign and how much trouble they get in

You wont hear about it if a Bulldogs player has one too many beers.

The problem with Newcastle is that there is nothing to do up there. So you either go out of town, and get on the piss. Or you stick around, get bored and get on the piss.

It’s gonna get loose up there.

Ponga was fucking shit yesterday can"t understand how he think's he is worth 1.5 mil a year, it will be interesting to see how much the knights want to keep him.
They'll have to give him the money, if they lose Ponga their fans would go mental. He isn't worth it though.

When you say us, I guess you're referring to the team, not the Kennel. Many were ready to punt the coach until we won our last seven out of ten.
Yes the team. You can clearly see they're playing for the coach and each other. A massive reason why Pay is still the coach, even when times were tough.

Yeah I agree they probably will but based on this years performance he’s not worth 1 mil let alone 1.5 if he gets it he’ll have to go up another 3 or 4 gears to justify it,for that money you want a guaranteed game breaker and he has been well contained by most sides this year.

Since when do any of our players live in belmore?
I'm pretty sure he lived in Harrington park/grove when playing with the dogs, which is a really nice area....

Besides there's a lot of shitty areas in and around Newcastle..

there would have been a clause in his contract saying that as a novocastrian he has to play for nsw, its a great idea

Now he’ll miss rep games over the off season and the payments they receive for it.

His wife will not be pleased :tearsofjoy:
