It's more then likely (almost a certainty tbh) we resign Tolman and Elliott. I think Elliott will move to the interchange tho, if not next year, then the year after. Holland maybe for depth, but obviously before 2021 we need to sign a strike Centre. Unless we're front loading their contracts (something we could do to help retain players for less moving into 2021 and further) I think the money in our "war chest" will be used for those resigning's.

I made a thread recently saying that 2020 we should be pushing for finals, but honestly if we don't make any significant recruitment decisions for next season, then next year is gonna be the same unfortunately.
If we manage to bring in a hooker, centre and a prop forward then things are looking up, but given recent events, we can't seem to close a deal, I'm afraid it's gonna be another depressing season again, which would end up being 4 years in a row missing finals if we don't make significant changes.
I'm not trying to be negative, but I'm just calling it as I see it, I hope I'm wrong because I'm always optimistic about our chances, but we don't have enough strike in this team to move up, I pray we make some signings, we need it the most out of any team in the league.

I think next year we will improve.it took a while for new combinations to form this year and we only got flogged a few times.most games we were in till the end.the young guys in our team will have more experience come next year.if we can sign a centre and a hooker and maybe a good solid forward we are looking ok.dont forget we lost foran and he was coming good that game against tigers.we only finished 3 wins out of the 8.i would like to think we can hover around the 8 next year.as long as there is improvement I’m happy.out defence is looking better.
We won’t finish in the top four till maybe 2021 depending on who we sign for that season.
The Comp is so close now.and the game can be cruel.look at manly losing Tom on the eve of finals.
Our depth got tested this year and I’m sure those behind the scenes are working hard to fix the areas that need improvement.

You might think it's funny, but, our friend Tolman, is only 30 years old and more than likely will sign another 3 years, and maybe sneak in another 2 more after that! Aiden, could be around for another 5 years!!!

Players like, doesn't mean these exact players. If you're just looking at the player IMO he's the best option. Anyone that we can get for 1 season, either journeyman or players at the end of their career.

Koroisau would have been good.ramien has issues.has talent but.ese’ese is ok.

We were talking to him a while ago.need a forward who can break defensive lines.to’omoga looks good but needs more aggression he is a big unit but needs to run harder.if he can do that and develop an offload he will be a beast.

If we play like this in the first ten rounds then we have every chance of making the finals next year we have seen more than enough to play good next year we should only be getting better

Weve seen JMKs potential after 2 years of NRL... same as we saw Lichhaas after his first 2 years..

Neither are the answer as our dummy half..

JMK has all the attributes to be one of the best hookers in the game. He has the defence. Next year I’ll put money on it after another offseason he has the motor to grind out 80 every week.
But someone needs to tell him he is quick and can run out of dummy half. He needs some specialist coaching and he is the answer to number 9 in my opinion. Speed kills and he has it. Someone please teach him the rest.....

The thread about Pay spewing about the club failing to secure Api and Ramien I could believe actually. Pay's had so much pressure on him. Those 2 players could have made the difference between us finishing in the top 4 next season. We're still a shot though. The only teams better than us are the Roosters and Storm along with maybe the Raiders and maybe Many with Tom Turbo playing.
