I'm not sure I'd be keen paying him much more then $750k.

Arrow will be 800k-1m depending on the club, e.g. a top club or rebuilding club. I've personally always thought we'd have to play him 1m. Klemmer is also on 850k and Arrow is a better overall player IMO. He isn't going to be cheap.
