1. Fullback - DWZ: 8/10 - Great as usual, brang back ball with zest and defused all kicks well except for the first kick (souths got a bit of luck). 7 tackle breaks, a linebreak, 3 offloads, 164 m from 21 runs.
2. Winger - Meaney: 7.5/10 - Great improvement. Ran the ball back for many meters and is no longer getting dominated. Dont think he got pushed back once today. Looks like this problem has been fixed. Bombed the first try but overall, quite good. Also broke two tackles today and ran for 136m from 15 runs.
3. Centre - Holland: 6/10 - Despite looking defensively shaky, he made 25 tackles, 1 ineffective. this is excellent and shows a lot of work has been done. Not a lot of offense but I gave him a 6 for containing the dangerous Roberts.
4. Centre - Hopoate: 7/10 - Solid in defence, good yardage. broke 3 tackles
5. Winger - R.Smith: 5 (->7)/10 - Not much done, did all the stuff asked for him and ran for 110m from 19 runs.
6. Five-Eighth - Foran: 9.5/10 - When he kicked, it was good, set up both tries. Solid in defence. Excellent
7. Halfback - Lewis: 7/10 - Solid in defence saved a try early in the game. 25 made tackles, 2 ineffective. Excellent work in this deparament. some of the kicks weren't as long as hoped and didn't find the ground. He did get 2 goal line dropouts which is a good sign.
8. Prop - Tolman: 7.5/10 - Good yardage 90% tackling. Even broke 2 tackles and 2 offloads not sure how.
9. Hooker - JMK: 7/10 - Looked threatening out of dummy half and tackled well like lichaa. 37 made with 2 missed. hopefully this puts lichaa out permanently. Played well for all 80 mins.
10. Prop - Napa: 7.5/10 - 2 stupid penalties, but got good yardage. Excellent defence 96.7% with just 1 missed. This is great improvement.
11. Second Row - Jackson: 7.5- Nothing spectaular. Tackled well. Looked threatening and was running well. 139m from 15 runs and 96 percent tackling.
12. Second Row - CHN: 8.5 - Scored two tries. Not a lot of yardage but made his runs count.
13. Lock - Elliot: 7 - Good. solid some good runs 91% tackle efficiency
14. Cogger: 10 - Did what Dean Pay told him to do, did exactly that. No fault performance
15. Smith: 6 - Some mediocre tackling, but some good energy runs
16. Toomanga: 8 - Great running 71m from 6 runs in just 24 minutes. Didn't miss a tackle. Was great.
17. RFM: 8.5 - 1 Linebreak and ran for 70m in just 16 minutes. Excellent work, definitely improved.
