Smith earns 150k from his dinner and donates 15k, anything else you need to know about what type a person he might be?
Even the 15k would be a tax write off lol.

Wow, just wow. just saw the photo in the paper of a very smug Todd Greenberg standing beside his head referee and his boss...OOPS I mean Smith and his wife. Honestly just what sort of hold does this bloke have over the game?

If he got 150k for his testimonial, of which he gave 15k to charity (which just so happened to be what the ring cost) he finishes well in front. Plus his Waterford crystal football plus his dinner etc. etc. plus his million plus a year.....

The game owes him??? Get over it. What about the player who gives 100% every single week, who does not get all the accolades, who does not have the form of influencing the game and the officials because he can speak well? Does the game not owe him too? Greenberg says we must acknowledge those who contribute to the game...well in my opinion every player contributes because without those grunts and budget players the game is nothing.

What about James Graham and Beaver Menzies two other blokes who have played at the top level in both NRL and Super League the first one with also 400 games to his credit and the other with close to 500? Where is there acknowledgement of their contribution...oh that's right a newspaper article and a club tribute are more than enough for them.

No wonder people get the shits with the game and boo Melbourne roundly at every away venue with the type of things they get away with...this is just the icing on the cake and proves to me that the NRL believes that one man is greater than the game itself....

hold up a sec! is that a joke or is there something going on with them??
There were rumours, about them, but it was total BS.

Heard Cronks wife believed it & thats why Smith & Cronk hate each other.

Sad part is Sampson & Cronks wife were friends.

Now you know why Cronks wife it's on any NRL footy shows. She used to be.

This is nothing more than politics. Greenberg wants to look even more gay male feminist and male nrl poster gay boy for male feminism. Without women the men wouldn’t be able to tackle! Kick the ball! Be a good player! It’s only coz of the women!!!!!!!!!!

Did Greenberg just propose to Cam's wife? What a farce this league has become. You couldn't make this shit up.

They should give Dylan Walkers wife some body armour and a helmet since they're handing out gifts and supposedly care so much about players partners.

15k for Smith's.wife..The dinner would have cost close to 50k and all the other wank fest. So this maggot gets 100k spent on him. Nice of the NRL, what about Simon Dwyer, Adam Ritson.
