I thought garners was a little worse than Smiths. Garners was actually a driving tackle into the back, and Lewis whiplashed when hit. With Smiths one, he pretty much just stopped, arms pulled out of the tackle, and they basically just had a soft collision. To me Smith having to face a charge for that was ridiculous and sad if the game is going to go that way. Soon tackling will be a charge
