He got a 20 minute starting stint last year and bottled it. Multiple errors and missed tackles.

You gotta take your opportunities when they arise at this level, and he is yet to grasp any, no matter what role he’s been given.

He is not being given the chance either. He has played maybe 4 games and been given limited minutes. When you consider he is a starting prop in CC who plays big minutes, youu really cant expect much from his performances in limited mins off the bench.

Our current coach is more than painful enough. With horse at the helm, he'd probably develop a case of bloat, and be having the boys galloping around the field like lost chickens looking for pales of hay

The season is over. What better time to test players like this to see if they are capable and should be part of the clubs future plans. Personally would try Harper next week too and see what happens.

Starting CC props don’t just progress straight into a starting big minute role when they get the call up to NRL. It’s a completely different beast.

We’re already seeing To’omaga gassed and struggling with the pace of NRL footy in short stints so why would you think he should be staying out there for even longer at this point in time?

Because we need to see if he has it in him or not. Let's be honest, the team is shit, our pack has no dominance, and we have nothing to lose. We give it a go because nothing else is working and anything is worth a shot. Not because it would be a perfect solution to our problems, just to know if it works or not.

Too'maga is a good CC grade player. He might develop with time into a FG player.
Hes not there yet. He should be slowly introduced into FG by short minutes off the bench
to see if hes got what it takes. I think that is happening right now.

Give Kayne Kalache a chance, the man played for Lebanon. Elliot and Tolman would not make that Lebanon side Pay needs to stop playing favourites and give some younger guys a run. We're used to losing, start blooding every player. Mix it up a bit, I'm over watching Chris Smith and Elliot run out every week. Blood them all and maybe someone will shine.

Pretty much every young prop does a mini apprenticeship in the top grade by being a bench forward for a while. Once earned - they can force their way into the starting team. That’s how it is and how it should be.

Are you actually criticizing a rookie prop on his starting debut? Lol you're a funny fucker.
