I agree I have no idea where the attacking plays are. Maybe every game is meant to be a defense drill

Watch the start of alot our games this year and the refs try and set the tone early by calling held before we have completed the tackle. Its especially weird when the opposition player submits in a tackle and has no right for a quick play the ball.

On the other hand we are seemingly always denied quick play the balls.
