How the Fuck do you expect any player to get better when your coach is a turd.

Players are the apprentices and the coach is the master. Therefore the players are as good as the coach teaching them which is shit, hence our players look like shit out there.

While we have a lot of sub standard players, many of them havnt reached any of their potential under the pitiful coach Pay. Fuck the amount of first grade games he played. He is shit. Even Anderson got sacked from Cronulla halfway through a season .

A winger, a fullback, a half.

DWZ, Foran, JMK = 3/4 of our spine. That leaves a No.7.

We don't have of fg quality:

1 x winger
2 x centres
1 x No.7
1 x benchie
1 x forward

That's only 6 of 17 sub par non-first graders. You don't rate Hoppa as a first grader.

Hence the team, though not outstanding..but...not as bad as made out by the Pay lovers.

The coach is not of fg quality himself unfortunately.

Thats 8 out of 30!

Tolman (1 year only for experience, and only if we havent got the forward pack we require)

So if you add it up for 2021 onwards, its about 14-15 players out of 30. Thats a minimum of 15 new players from other teams and/or promotion of our juniors?

If that's not enough, maybe losses to Panthers (fighting to stay in 8) and Tigers will convince the board.
Else the week after when Rabbitohs might throw another 50 our way.
If he survives the above then it's up to the Eels (currently 6th) to finish him.
If the ***** still hanging around after the embarassment of the above, then we can only hope the Cowboys and Broncos put the final nail in the coffin.

That's an excuse. We have capable players. We have players with potential. We HAD other players with potential that we lost thanks to this coach.

We just don't have a coach that can get the best out of them. Our roster just needs a bit of fine tuning in a few positions (e.g hooker).

All the time wasted on sticking with Pay for a rebuild, will hurt us more come 2021 when we have a "so called" warchest, yet a shitty 2 year flop in performance and a flog as a coach. By that time we are damaged goods, and we will not have someone like Holbrook who we can spruik as our coach. You'll just end up with the same shitcunt Pay and the same bullshit signings like fucking Adam Elliott extended for 4 years on $500k a season.
