id say the sticking point seems to be whether Holbrook will go as assistant to Pay for 12 months then take over....whether Pay would work in those circumstances or not is another thing..or even if Holbrook would want to get a job in those conditions.

Fucking stupid if that’s true. Pay has shown he’s out of his depth, we have heard the issue with communication to players. He has shown he can’t make the best selections week in weeknout. The rotations is average as fuck and plays pets with Elliott and few others.

He has to go this year.

There's no way a coach that has taken a team forward like Holbrook will come to be an assistant to Pay.

Both Pay and Brennan had a similar winning percentage and a similar number of games coached (I believe they were both at 40 games coached and 30 percent wins).

One club saw the light and moved their coach on, lets hope our board do the same thing, some people just aren't cut out to be coaches despite their supporters making every excuse under the sun.
One club wasn't broke from back ended contracts and half full of lower grade players either

The board know they will be out of a job soon if they don’t deliver, if they fail it’s because they want to, so they’ve got no choice but to deliver, another year of pay will be the nail in the coffin for board surely they realise this

The situations are more similar than you think. They have also invested in players that are overpaid and have plenty of no name players.

You're hoping this happens, but reality says, your wishes will not come to fruition bud

How do you know if Pay will be here till the end of the year, till next year or for the next 15 years?
If pays here the next 15 years we will be relegated to under 12’s and still likely 15th or 16th.

Don’t let two wins against teams missing some of their best players fool you.

Sharks had Fifita and graham out and played like shit they just had 40 put on them by the storm...

The knights missing Ponga and origin effecting the other key players and obviously under estimated us, plus without gavet going off we likely lose.

We are fucking 15th. We have got a couple wins great. We are still 15th!

I can't see the board acting, they have absolutely no interest in replacing Pay right now imo.
Agree. We win 2 games because opposition didn't turn up and had players out and our board sit there thinking everything is fine

Fool what exactly?

Just fyi, i am not a fan of Pay as a coach one bit.

But the way some knuckleheads carry on with replacing the coach, to be as easy as the click of the fingers, comes down to people suffering from severe retardedness.
