Back really early in the day, anyone around who happened to see such planes (like the F117 for example), would have wondered what this strange shaped thing was flying through the sky, and lead to thinking "aliens".

Given how vast an expansive the universe is, who knows if there are other planets out there. It's one of those questions that we will never be able to answer anyway, given space is near infinite.

Nasa scientists claim they find 1-3 Earth like planets daily or weekly or something like that?
