Some interesting lineups this week.

Dragons vs Storm: Dragons playing Nicholls and Field in the halves. Storm naming Harry Grant on extended bench, and bringing back Sandor Earl.
Roosters vs Tigers: Roosters full strength despite SOO period!
Sharks vs Broncos: Broncos playing Turpin and Sullivan in the halves (suprised they aren't bringing up Tanah Boyd - might be on rep duties or because he's Titans bound in 2020). Also backline is completely new (Coates and Farnworth are on NRL debut).

Got me stuffed how Broncos are getting to play so many new players.

Tanah Boyd is already at titans he left a couple of weeks before June 30

The NRL has granted permission for the Knights to bring in two new players to their squad for Mitchell Pearce and David Klemmer, who were both called in for the Origin decider. Jirah Momoisea and Phoenix Crossland have been added to their squad. NRL are reporting that.

Only one problem.... Jirah and Pheonix are in their Top 30 as Development Players... which can be played freely without permission after 30th of June.

LOL

Classic NRL.. no idea at all.

Oh .... that explains it then!

With all the talented Fijian wingers that have played the game, how did we end up with Floptoya? Fmd.

Yet another game this season where the Storm are gifted 2points from in front of the posts in the dying minutes to virtually guarantee victory. Tonight, last week vs Roosters, ANZAC Day vs Warriors: there are probably more. No wonder the grotty shitbags are leading the comp, fair fucken leg-up to be gifted 3 or 4 games most teams would kill for that.

I think the call was far enough, it was a dumb block play by Host and not required.

My real question is was Hughes in front of Walters from the bomb.... I stopped the telecast as good as I could and there must have been centimetres in it. If was never replayed.

Yes it was a shit game.

Storm still had enough international reps (current or former) and guys like Brandon Smith and Papenhauzen to do better.

I expect the Storm team from last night would have been of the standard that is actually within the salary cap.

And they were pretty shit.

So if they weren't cheating the cap, that is what Storm would look like every week.

Not Top 8 standard

20 years of dominance and people still cant see its the coach and the systems he has in place.
Not top 8 standard. So laughable.
He turns them into rep footballers they are all nobodys before they go to the storm.
Tell me rookie what international or maquee player bellamy or the storm club have bought.
Name one. He turns them into rep players and internationals. Every single one them.
They are not on rep wages, just forced to perform at rep level or get out. Simple.

I think you missed my point.

Last night's standard from Storm was very poor

When they have their full team (over the cap) they are virtually unbeatable

Your just cut that our team is shit and that Melbourne knows how to spend their money more sensibly.

It's OK, we will eventually get their one day

JWH offloads before the 10 metre line and Butcher catches it over the 10 metre line for a try after a soft penalty where Roosters looked to have been easily more transgressive in the ruck the previous set.

Not talked about at all by commentary.

Easily my most hated club so sick of different rules for the favourites.

Manu put a foot on the touch line the tackle before try was scored.

Roosters releasing Matterson to sign Crichton is a massive fuck up. Matterson would have been on at least half the coin Crichton is on.
