DOGS JUST HAVE BAD PLAYERS. NO SUPER STAR. NO GAME BREAKERS. NO HEART with NO INTENTION that BRINGS AGGRESSION and ATTITUDE.

NO COACH can do anything with current crop.

ANY new coach will buy upto 6 to 8 players and maybe become competitive if they are the right players in key positions.


I DONT BLAME PAY FOR THIS SITUATION

It's just the way HALSER left us in CAP SITUATION.

HE ONLY GOT SACKED BECAUSE OF THE FANS.

JUST LIKE PAY WILL GET SACKED BECAUSE OF THE FANS.

NEWCASTLE FANS always remained positive in their rebuild. Now they are top 4 and perhaps title contenders.

Nathan brown could have easily got the sack 2 years ago. But they remained positive and now he will likey win a competition in the next year or 2.

PAY deserves the support and opportunity to be allowed to be able have the chance to work with players in 2021 and be thanked for leading a SHIT TEAM and Tryin to teach them and be like a dad.

No other coach would have done better not with this team sorry. That is really the truth.

He deserves to be rewarded with that opportunity.

Not some coach get signed for 2021 with a full CAP to play with.. that I'd unfair for PAY and Not Just or morale to kick him out before he can buy real players.
Not reserve graders which he has only been able to do. Not because that's his choice.

ITS EASY to Blame PAY AND SACK HIM..That is a coward punch if the club does that to him.

Question is who has truly improved their game under Dean Pay? This question right there is why hes not our man.

Pay did quite well with a dud roster in 2018.

However the roster has gotten even worse in 2019.

I'd let him see out his contract. No point in sacking him, as no coach can fix this roster at the moment.
