Clarkey pedals and rehashes rubbish he has read elsewhere, has never had an exclusive, full of himself.
Dean Pay is no visionary, however he also has the worst roster in the NRL.
His selections are at times mind boggling, however difficult to know if he is trying to establish a standard that some of the fellas who seem out of favour wont adhere to. Let him see out his contract because nobody could get a whole lot more out of our current crop.
don't need clarkys intel to see what is going on .. its obvious..

Don't think pay has any more support from the kennel or the playing group... A few more floggings and pressure from the kennel might force the clubs hand.
I sure as shit hope Lyn Anderson pulls off a big coup in getting a good coach. In saying that I remember the whole crowd at the bulldogs trial when des came in the coaches box and standing up to cheer him
We supporters sure are a passionate lot.

I also remember Warren Ryan being booed and abused in the Belmore grandstand.

the only issue is who do they replace him with? would we be happy with georgallis taking over until a suitable coach becomes available? I have full confidence in steve picking a full strength team every week and he had the ISP boys playing a pretty good brand of footy last year. Interesting times
As an interim, yes. Better than rushing to find a new coach or not making changes because they cannot find a suitable replacement.

Dont know if sg has more tactical knowledge but the players appeared to respond well and enjoyed playing under him last year. Imo thats probably what is required atm, to get the players to enjoy their footy, and i dont think its happening under pay this year.

I hope it turns out well. Maybe they can just ask him to quietly step aside without creating too much drama. Seems like a nice guy but seriously can't coach. Coaching FG is a tough job and not everyone will succeed.. ask Fittler and Meninga.

Georgallis as an.interim coach i would accept but not to fully replace Pay.

SG works well with players and can identify talent unlike Pay the wanker. Even if he took over we will get the spoon for sure...but... guys like Toomaga and Harper would definately get a go instead of being stuck in Reserves.

Maybe it's a good thing Pay is getting us to hit rock bottom. Then finally we might be able to clear the deadwood from this roster

Guys like Lichaa & Floptaila-Mariner need to go asap!

I find it weird that Kearney, Arthur, Pay at taught under Bellamy yet they are all fucking rubbish.
It’s a weird phenomenon in other sports too. The New England Patriots have domainted NFL for years under Bill Bilecheck but any assistant coaches that became head coaches elsewhere were massive failures.

Clarkey has about as much idea what's going on behind closed doors (with his insights), as Dean Pay does as an NRL coach.

Stevie Wonder could write up the same BS based on our current season. It's nothing more than a culmination of various posts from here formulated as a single opinion piece column.

We should start charging for people to use posts elsewhere!

Check out Rhyse Martin's story on Instagram it has Nu Brown clowning around playing table tennis and he looks fine.....
On the injury report there was video of Nu in a foot brace riding a bike "just a small flare up of his fracture, give him a couple of weeks break" Ayoub said.

But yeah just saw that video on Rhyse's insta so who knows. Might be an excuse.

I've just received very strong mail the Canterbury Bulldogs are headed for disaster!
___
Head coach Dean Pay will be out of a job, sooner rather than later. He has run out of ideas & options. Subsequently, he has well & truly lost the playing group.
___
Pay's fundamental issue is his communication to his players. He has chopped & changed his side this entire season & failed to keep his men in the loop.
___
Raymond Faitala-Mariner recently turned down a year & half deal with the St George Illawarra Dragons. He represented Toa Samoa last weekend & has been rewarded with a demotion to reserve grade.
___
Five eighth Nu Brown was promised he would remain in first grade. His specialist has cleared him for a return however, Pay insists his foot has not recovered - just so he can play Jack Cogger without consequences or look like he is not fulfilling his promises.
___
I'm also hearing Rhyse Martin could be pulled before kick off for Adam Elliot, but again - Dean Pay has not communicated this to the individual players.
___
Dean Pay admitted to his playing group yesterday at training that his job is under immense pressure.
___
Later, he pulled several players into a room individually & essentially asked them for any ideas to bring the best out of his side.
___
Pay basically admitted he is lost for answers. That compiled with poor communication & broken promises has lose him the respect of his team.
___
At this stage, it is very likely he is sacked or forced to resign before the 2019 season comes to a close.
___
What are your thoughts on this & who is the man to lead the Doggies moving forward?
No shit

Not all bellamys former assistants are bad. Maguire has won a premiership.

Or may be hes just such a dominant character and only idiots can stand working under him. Lol
