Nathan Brown signed a similar contract with Newcastle where the club could terminate his contract at any time, with Pay, if both parties signed and agreed on an extension with some parameters set in, then im sure its not unreasonable and can be enforced. Pay would have to believe in his ability to coach and get good results, I don't think for a second he was contemplating getting the wooden spoon this year, otherwise he wouldn't have signed that contract.
Atm its all hearsay, will be an interesting time ahead with our upcoming draw...

I don't agree, watch Cook closely, he is constantly looking around the field, looking for gaps in defence, watching how the opposition defence lines up, any gaps, their line speed, markers' weaknesses etc. He is plainly thinking several plays ahead and yet is ready to take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself. Any speed loss may affect his ability to take those instantaneous opportunities, but his game awareness will still be there.

Blake is injured all the time. Closest he got to finishing a full season was 2017 when he played 23 games. Apart from that he normally only plays half a season.

how many players from the top 30 would be on the minimum wage ?, if manly are going to be paying the top 4 1m each hard to see how you can have a squad that can win the comp. numbers just cant work

Can't see Hasler losing both the bros. who are Manly thru n thru. Considering DCE got an 8 year deal, i can see a very similar deal offered to the bros
