I count 2, actually 3, questions.

The team elects the leadership group, so if they “don’t like” them then they can vote different players to be the leaders.

One with a culture that is firstly accountable to themselves and accountable to their teammates. A team culture that endures, that doesn’t walk out the door when a player leaves. That’s how the good teams build longevity, stay at or close to the top for year after year, they have a culture, a code, that every playing abides by. That’s how teams like Melbourne bring in a player that almost no one has ever heard of and they click into place like a lego piece, they were brought into the culture the first day they arrived.

It never actually stops, it’s never “finished”, as players leave and new players arrive they are involved in the culture and abide by the Bulldogs players code.

Go Dogs
First of all I said one more thing not 1 more question. Secondly they were rhetorical..

If the board think they can just sit out the season losing game after game with pay destroying the teams morale they are kidding and will put alot of pressure on them getting re elected

PAY FACING CHOP

BULLDOGS coach Dean Pay is no certainty to keep his job despite a recent 12-month contract extension that takes him until the end of 2020.

The Bulldogs officials I have spoken to say they are supporting Pay but refuse to declare his job is 100 per cent safe.

This is a story that could explode in the very near future.

Canterbury have an ordinary roster compared to the premiership heavyweights but Pay was still expected to do better.

Interestingly, there is a Bulldogs board election in February next year and directors are getting nervous about a backlash from members.

We originally thought axed Sharks coach Shane Flanagan was the man to take over, although this has been strongly denied by chair Lynne Anderson.

The fact Pay might go earlier than expected would rule Flanagan out anyway.

Don’t mean shit yes he has a shit roster could we be more competitive despite losing yes that would be a reasonable pass mark the spoon look like it’s ours he might as well start blooding a couple of the young blokes on the roster they be better for it next year
They will sack him and move him into a assistant to advising a pay out
Cause generally new coach want there own support staff

Well put Georgallis in the role for the next year and a half and then get Flanagan for 2021. It's a no brainer really.

Please just fucking do it already. They should have done it this last week. It was the perfect time. He can't see out the rest of the season. Sack him now and play as many youngsters as you can the rest of the way. We'll win the spoon anyway so they might as well blood youngsters to get something out of this season.
