Approach Kevin Walters & Justin Holbrook and see if either can replace Pay ASAP and hopefully bring some quality Queenslanders or Pommies with them in 2020 or 2021. If not a new coach is an necessity ASAP.

Get the Walker Brothers to do some work on our attack and hopefully get them to bring some quality Queensland Cup/Intrust Super Cup players with them in 2020 or 2021.

Give the Storms talent scout an offer too good to refuse.

Employ somebody with good business links to be our third party manager.

As soon as possible offload the following players. If we cant offload don't resign when contracts are up for renewal.

I like your thinking, a MAJOR overhaul is the only option. The tricky part is the coach, we need to have our coach for 2021 involved in our recruitment targets for 2020. If we are going after Shane Flanagan but he is still deregistered for next year, ask him who his assistant coach will be and appoint them in the interim and lets start getting our recruitment targets in place for 2020 and 2021. Nothing but a complete coaching cleanout and major player overhaul is acceptable. Our great club is at it's lowest point and drastic positive action is our only way forward. We are a broken club at the moment and the negativity and complete hoplessness of our situation surely must be felt by the coaches and players....and that is not the culture our great club can tolerate. Tough calls must be made now!

With most players coming off Contract in the next 2 seasons it's simple - DON'T Re Sign the majority of them

Then, we have to buy sets of players in clumps like we did for 2009 after we were wooden spooners in 08.
In 2009 we signed Ennis, Hannant, Stagg & Eastwood all from the Broncos because they all new that they were all committed to coming. We also signed Kimmorley & JMoz.

We can buy for next year as we have 6 players off contract according to Zero Tackle who are -
