Roosters missing a 6 and 1 and Latrell still can't get a run in either position, yet some on here want to give him $10m to come player there for us lol.
He's already played a few games at 5/8th for them this season. If he played fullback against us today he would have raped us even worse than Manu did.

If you think he's going to play centre the rest of his career then you're sorely mistaken.

Yh and he was shit. He isn't a 6 or 1, doesn't have the workrate or mental capacity to play in those positions.

He was okay. Not bad, not great...

Latrell will transition well to fullback once he trains to play there. He hasn't had a full offseason to prepare for such a specialist position. Once he does, he'll kill it there.

He won't lol. You're giving him far too much credit.

Okay. Whatever you say. Is it not possible that you're not giving him enough credit and writing him off too soon when he's a 21 year old that hasn't even scratched the surface of his potential?

You're pigeonholing him by saying he's strictly a centre when he's played fullback and 5/8th as well and has a desire to play one of those positions very soon.

That's all irrelevant, he just misses way too much terms of halves or fullback play. The bloke is an athlete, but that's it.

He's a footballer, not just an athlete. One of us will be completely wrong in a few years time. We'll see how it turns out.

Maybe, if someone gives him that chance.

They will. Maybe he wont come to us but all of this drama from Gus and Fittler dropping him makes it seem like he won't be at the Roosters much longer. I doubt they'd go so hard at him if he wasn't out of favour with the club.

Well good luck to whoever does, will most likely be a desperate club.

Goes walkabout on field. Only gets involved when the ball comes his way.
Isn’t that all centres they only play one side of the field so it’s a bit hard to be involved when it goes the other way...

I agree he doesn’t have the work ethic for 1

Plus he played lots there in that season when Roosters ran close to last if not last 2016

The bloke deadset refuses to take a run from his own end lol, no way can I see him zipping around the field on back to back plays like Tom, Teddy, Ponga, etc do.

That said our club should be on the phone to him now whilst he’s vulnerable to play Centre

True, but he'd probably touch the ball 5 times a game and get the Montoya treatment for missing tackles...LOL

Mitchell's work rate is shit.

He did not take one hit up coming out of their end today.

It all comes down to attitude, and he will never be a great fullback or 5/8 as he just doesnt have it up stairs.

Could be one of the best centres of all time and definitely has X-factor in him.

Would definitely want him at the Dogs but not as a 1 or 6 and definitely not on $1m a year over 10 years

Have you asked the reason...
Why he isn't fully focused ?
Why he isn't in the NSW team ?
Why the Rorters didn't play him at 1 or 6 today
We all know he has the talent to be EXTRAORDINARY
All I can imagine the reason must be BIG !
Wait for something huge that might happen !
