Ayoub is one of the best in the business. Highly skilled, highly respected, and has worked with some of the top teams.

These players are too soft and have bot trained hard enough for too long.

I'm hearing the players want to use injury as an excuse not to train or play.

Tony knows how hard to push players bodies , guys like Slater continue to contact him for advice.

Our players have been treated like kings and bowed down to for too long.

The reason the team is losing? Players like Elliott , hoppa etc believe what hasler kept telling them and wont listen to dean , tony etc who are trying to turn them into first grade tough players not softies like they are.

Sorry mate dont really agree with the theory.
Only about 6 players have anything to do with des. The rest are from outside or lower grades which have different training regime. Some of those 6 seems to be pays favourite actually.
If after after 1 and a half year a coach still cannot get the players to embrace his method and instill discipline, may be the coach is the issue

See for me there are such things as good losses... Those losses were you played entertaining footy and stunned the opposition a few times, similar to what we did against Melbourne. Then there are those other losses were you beat yourself because of stupid tactics and stupid play caused by shit selections, those are bad losses.

Dean Pay said at a meeting that they would be an aggressive side (still waiting for that to happen). Then this year he would "release the madness" (where is that?). I was hoping that Pay would be a success as a coach, but I don't think he has it. Some of his selections leave a lot to be desired, for example Elliott, he is not a first-grader, JMK the same. Can't believe he doesn't give To'omaga a go as a replacement, has ability like Ogden, RFM, let him go. I believe Pay won't be here next year, but who do we get as coach, Griffin could be a chance, has the "nickname "Hook" for a good reason.

The rubbish being printed on here about him playing favourites is something from fantasy land.
He has never been afraid to drop players irrespective of their position. The players that some people seem
to want promoted is a dreaming exercise. To'omaga is a big unit, but he plays with little enthusiasm. He is lazy.
He makes a tackle and goes missing. Thats why he doesnt get promoted.

He has been in the system for some time. We've renewed his contract a couple of times. He is 24 in a few weeks. One game of FG? They need to sort him out asap and see if he can make it. No better time than now to test these few fringe players.

Next year we hope to have a somewhat settled roster and no point die wondering about Renouf then.

He either learns to put in a consistent performance or rot in CCup till someone else picks him up cheap.
