Was a solid supporter of Pay at the beginning, and the need to give him time. Lots on here were calling for his head after round one, which I believed was way too early. He's had plenty of time now to show improvement, but has only got worse.

I kind of got the contract extension to give us some stability for the team, especially when looking to attract players. But we've neither played any better since the extension, nor signed any decent or even semi-decent players. In fact, imagine that players are even more put off by the way we're playing.

This is a real big test for the board, and I really am curious to see what they do. No players will come to a club playing like this. No player will want to stay at a club playing like this. Something needs to be done. They need to speak and be heard.
