Storm do as they please, when they please. The laws of the game seemingly don't apply to that shitsack of a club.
Was shocked to see Cammy's 4- metre forward pass pulled up by the ref, they usually let them ones slide when the golden-child Storm throw them.

Anyone notice how many times we use the HIA to give players a rest rather then use a sub ? I.e Aiden Toleman in the first half pretending to shake his head like he had a bump
This does happen a lot - Parra were doing it relentlessly in the first few rounds, go re-watch.
We are one of the few clubs who do not bend and manipulate rules to suit us like the competition leaders do.
Tolman actually got rocked, it was legit.

They should definitely attract a fine and a please explain for their actions today on this issue. Everyone knew it was a straight up HIA for both players, it had to be based on the manner of the incident. They even warmed up 2 players on the sideline at the time. Then to hear the fella was concussed last week aswell makes it so much worse. You can't claim player welfare and do what they did. Very poor form Melbourne! Had no bearing on the game but was blatant shit. Whatever happened to the independent Doctor on the sideline anyways?
It's just typical Melbourne favouritism.

I reckon if the sideline official who was viewing the video of the collision did not think there was an issue for Hughes..well HE needs his head read. It looked very disturbing on the big screen and the player certainly had a facial injury which is one of the indicators of a possible concussion under the guidelines used by the NRL. The fact that Hughes remained on the ground for a period of time another. Now did that sideline official know that the same player had been heavily concussed two weeks earlier and sat out last weeks game due to that concussion?? He is employed by the NRL to carry out assessments and should at least be in the know regarding recent concussions suffered especially as we have now seen with the Storm ignoring that particular fact with even their coach " not thinking' about it.

Melbourne Storm coach Craig Bellamy admits it was a "good question" as to why Jahrome Hughes wasn't take for a head injury assessment after a head clash with teammate Dale Finucane but was not concerned the club did anything wrong in the side's 28-6 win over the Bulldogs on Sunday.

Bellamy indicated the club received thumbs up from HIA officials at the ground to allow Hughes to remain on the field despite a nasty head cut that will required stitches.
Hughes and Finucane came together while tackling Chris Smith in the sixth minute with Finucane left motionless on the field and ruled out for the remainder of the game. Hughes continued to play on with Bellamy indicating both players pulled up well following the result.

"It's a big cut, he showed a lot of heart to play out the game," Bellamy said of Hughes.

"It was a brave performance from him. He's good in the dressing room, just scared to get a needle in his forehead probably [for stitches]."

When pressed further on the possibility of a HIA, Bellamy labelled it a good question but didn't believe there were any major issues.

Hughes was returning for the Belmore clash after sitting out last week's win over the Tigers following a nasty head knock a week earlier.

"That's a good question, I didn't think of that," Bellamy said.

"I don't think there was any problems with a HIA. He obviously copped a knock to the head.

"He was OK from our trainer but obviously the HIA official on the sideline didn't think there was much to it either."

Bellamy should be checked for HIA if he thinks there was no major issues with the Hughes not taken for HIA.

How many times did they deliberately slow the ruck and took an absolute eternity to let anyone up to play the ball?

Usual weekly shitty tactics from the storm that's commended by the gayrl

So Finucane doesn’t play another minute and the player who had a severe concussion the week before with a split bigger then my asshole stays on without question.

Ref also calls for a sin bin and still waits for him to get patched up to get back into the defence line. The nrl is a bloody joke
