I met one of the clubs greatest ever players a couple of seasons ago and we sat down and had a good old banter, I asked him what's wrong with the club. He looked at me and said league is a gentlemen's game played by thugs. So in order to be on top you need to be a bigger thug so I really do think are no dickhead policy has reached its expiration date.
