He's still a development player. Will only get a shot if someone is moved on and he's promoted to the top 30 squad, or else, has to wait till adter June 30th.

Cogger was landing kicks on a dime for him in NSW Cup. Not sure where those kicks have gone for Okunbor and Smith in first grade though.

Tui has good hands and is very fast in open space. Pretty decent defender too.

Funny thing is I'd have put him behind Harper at start of the season, but he's well ahead of him now.

and yet the dumb fucks put John Olive in our Top 30, and he can barely get out of Ron Massey Cup!!

Only saw him in one ISP game, looked good alongside Harper. I'd like to see him play some consistent footy in ISP before coming into the 1st grade discussion. As a development player he can't play 1st grade until after June 30, so plenty of time to impress.
Unless you are the rorters and the NRL gives you special permission even when you have players for that position available in your top 30.....
