The middle defence is the problem not the outside edge.We leak easy metres and then the edge defenders creep in leaving huge gaps out wide.Jacko is trying to plug the gaps but needs help from the middle defenders.Tolman is a pillow in defence hence he makes so many tackles but mostly ineffective.Napa hasn’t had enough game time to make an impact yet so give him time.
Pay needs to address this problem first as it won’t matter who he has as edge defenders if he doesn’t. That is what a coach does but nearly 40 games later and it’s still our biggest problem.Coaches creed is get your defence right and attack will follow..
Next coaching tip to follow lol.
Pay addressed middle soft underbelly by dropping Ogden for Sue only to realise his fk up the sacrifices Martin to bring Ogden back

Maybe he mixed up the names Ogden and Okunbor

Pay needs to go simple as that, he should never been appointed, he was a dib appointment anyway and hes not here anymore
You’re on the money
Dib appointed him to gain re election and to score points with the voters

Both decisions back fired immensely

Actually Tolman has made 304 tackles (15th in the league) with a 93.1% efficiency.
They may not be big hits, but he gets the job done.

Did it have the stat for ineffective tackles too? I’d be interested in seeing that with Tolman.

Its going to have to be all defense for us, the Knights have been jumping out of the box from the whistle with intensity trying to put on early points catching teams unaware the last couple of weeks.
We can do this, gotta get the basics right.

Ok Finchie, but who's spot would Ogden take, he plays tight as a middle forward, we can't have five props(Napa,Tolman, Sue, Fualolo & Ogden) unless Sue is playing on the edge.

That's if he's replaceing Smith or Martin.

So you'll think he will be replacing either Tolman, Napa, Sue or Fualolo? I'm confused
