I like what jmk is doing. Yeah his not a genius anything but, but u can rely i him and has very little mistakes. His doing a new job this year and its a credit to him.

Centres don't "partner", most times during a game they'd need xray vision to see each other through the players between them.

More relevantly, my guess is the other centre would be Hopoate anyway.

I think i know that turbo thankyou. But he actually is your partner when your a player. U cant have one doing a great job on one side of the field. And his centre partner letting him down on the otherside of the field by letting in soft trys. Its unbalanced.

U have not played much rugby league have u.
In any side the 2 centres call each other centre partners. The players themselves along with the rest of the world does know they stand either side of the field. Your centre partner is a terminology used amongst a football team. Just wording u know what i mean.

I was talking about mitchells centre partner if he came here. Not the 6 and winger. The other bloke named in the centres. That might let him down and hurt his career just a little bit. Will hopa stay here once the club reduces his contract ?

I think you both missed the main point of the post, vis-à-vis Holland would not be the "premium centre's partner".

FWIW when I played we had inside and outside centres, they were partners, but that is long gone.

He’s improving at a rate that has surprised me. Had his best defensive game against the cowboys. Nice downtown touch finder from dummy half against Manly. Worth persisting with.

Definitely an improvement on lichaa, but he isn't a hooker. Today's hooker needs to be a threat. He doesn't run enough. His passing is good but just one out running. The best hookers get their forwards on the ball and rolling . Today you need a 90s style hooker with the ability to run. Look at Penrith struggles since Wallace went.

Hooker was a major sticking point but talk has died down recently.''I dont get to watch alot of Bulldogs games because I dont have pay tv and dont know where to watch, but when i saw him on channel 9 and the highlights package he looks decent in the 9. What do people think?

If 9 is no longer an issue we can then focus on recruiting a premium forward, a premium centre to partner Holland and a half depending on Foran. And we are set. Nasheed.
