Oh yeah how did that go. Renouf play well did he ?
Played the first 50 straight and then about the last 15 or so minutes. Rarely got dominated, broke tackles, beat players with footwork and had a nice couple of offloads. Did miss a tackle for a try in the 35th minute, not that surprising considering the minutes he played and only being 2 weeks back from a couple month lay off. Think it's best to keep him in reserves a few for weeks and smash him with as many minutes as possible like this week to get his fitness up asap.

Renouf was very strong today. He’ll probably need to spend a few weeks in NSW Cup but could be demanding a spit in first grade soon if he keeps his form up. Ran hard and straight bending the line on almost every run.

NO WAY! Not Yet! He could be the best benchie in the comp if his willing to play there. RFM off the bench anywhere in the forwards could swing a game.

Looks like RFM will be out for 6 weeks which isn’t great news. I hope he has a speedy recovery

Probably not going to be a popular thread but I would seriously consider cut and running on him and using that money to buy an outside back or dare I say a specialist hooker that can pass, run and kick!

RFM hasn’t progressed if anything has regressed and to be honest on the whole I have been disappointed with his output taking into account his boundless potential which hasn’t been truly realised under Des or Pay.

He’s had ample opportunities to stake a claim both last season before injury and this season but has not grabbed it with two hands

CHN did last night what I have been waiting for RFM to do since he arrived here!

He’s a trade that most clubs would go for so maybe a straight swap to strengthen our areas of weakness?

Backrow is covered with JJ, CHN, Martin and Elliott and C Smith

Sorry uce time to go.....
Couldn’t agree more pal

Totally disagree about Danny Fualolo. I thought he had a good game for limited minutes.
He hit the line hard and made some good tackles. He will only get better as well.
No room for Danny and his 1 dimensional approach to footy. He is at best a fill in and our bench leading into next yr should be...

Meh. Over rated. As I said I don't see hooker as an issue anyway. I used to when lichaa did it full time. Happy with jmk there and we have others who can play hooker, or be tried there

I think we should look at playing RFM in the middle, turn him into a front rower rather than edge forward. Bring him off the bench to play last 20 of each half. I think thats where his offload and footwork could be used best.

8. Tolman (60-70mins out there to tighten up the middle and do the 1%ers that we need)
10. Napa (first 20 of each half)
11. Martin (40-50min)
12. CHN (40-50mins)
13. Jackson (60-70 mins, same role as Tolman)

14. Ogden (Direct swap for Napa)
15. Elliot (fill tolman/jacksons role)
16. RT (same as elliot)
17. RFM (play in the middle while tolman or jackson get a rest)

He looks like an edge runner but he needs to straighten his runs. The tries that CHN scored last night are the type of runs that RFM needs to get back to

Our bench would look more intimidating with RFM.

He is big and quick so he also needs to do his share of grunt straight and hard up the middle, particularly after a fast play the ball.
It’s a shame it has taken so long to figure this out

Football is a simple game

This was his best game by an absolute mile. First time he has run relatively straight
