We get far more value with lichaa off the bench than we do with another second rower. Too much to expect jmk to play 80 and it allows us to cover for injuries to the halves or backline.

Martin can fill in for 10 minutes of so. JMK should be playing as close to 80 as he can. Lichaa is awful.
