It sounds too good to be true and whenever we've had a solid target virtually locked up over the past few years, the deal always falls apart at the last hurdle.

Like with Jahrome Hughes etc..

The longer this is mooted and sounds like a sure thing without any confirmation, the more I think it won't happen.

I agree but you could say the same about the other 15 clubs. Our club is the only one that are goody two shoes who try and play by the rules and stay under the cap when everyone else blatantly cheats it. If we want to succeed then we have to cheat again, simple as that.

These clown journos wonder where our cap has gone but they never wonder how the Roosters, Broncos, Storm and Souths stay under the cap?
