Who do you suggest will buy them (ie; their contracts) on Gumtree?
Getting "rid of them" solves nothing (whether your selection is right or not), unless someone is willing to take them over we are stuck with their salaries.

What has Tolman done wrong?
Given he's on 20% less coin than Napa I think Tolman is the more valuable player to the team.

Go back and watch how much Grimaldi stifled the attack and missed one on one tackles in 2004.
Grimaldi got carried to a gf and yes you need high workrate players, but they don't need to be also spot players where teams generate quick play the balls and they don't need to be taking a hit up after every line break.
