TPJ and Ofa will stay with Brisbane or go to the Roosters or somewhere..

That could be our team if they recruited well but they'd have to pay overs to get them here, we can't compete with teams that don't have a cap and players will be less likely to join if we're at the bottom of the ladder with a coach that's on the verge of being fired.

Modern players are too fickle and most don't back themselves to make it anywhere. Unless we sign a high profile coach and sell a vision to recruits, or unless Pay takes us to the finals somehow from here, then it will be impossible to sign high calibre established players and prospects.

fualalo and talent are mutually exclusive. The bloke has been a huge dud for years. Martin has shown he is at least a 1st grader. Harper should be given a chance before he is flushed. All I can pray for is some of the U20's & flegg kids coming through actually possess instinct & mongrel because there is way way way too much kumbuya going on in our squad at the moment. I am sick of players going to press saying things about "write us off at your own peril" and then going out on the paddock and getting fucking lapped. Thought I was the only one that noticed him. He did well like really well. Quick play the balls and really quick at getting up after tackling. The guy has gone from 20's straight to 1st grade very impressive.
