The patriarchy has oppressed her to get her position I always tell her.

When she was a teenager and had ambitions of dropping out to become another westy tramp.

I was such an arrogant and filthy male pig for having a serious talk with her, telling her she didn't want to be a no hoping loser like her brothers and do her best in school, go to uni, be sure what you want to do with your life.

I really did everything to keep myself on top of the light post and her to stay in the kitchen!

Professionally educated females in 'people management' are pretty good at keeping their hormones in check .
Bit sick of working for females who get all nasty when they're professionally challenged. Those that instead of focusing on the issue at hand go cherry picking for policies to shut you down whilst ignoring the actual issue.. I've worked for some good and bad people managers both male and female. But honestly speaking the two that annoyed me most were women who finally got promoted to supervisor at about 50 years of age. I mean I could say to conteract your argument by professing another generalisation..that men wanna prove they have the bigger balls than those around em..so their judgements are influenced as such..and that’s not limited to once a month..
