Things not as smooth as people are led to believe. Reading the Telecrap the club and Norman are fighting over 20k, so he might delay his move until after the beginning of January so the Eels HAVE to pay him another wage. He is pissed that they were shopping him around and are stalling over 20k.

Yep next year his back ended contract worth 940k but the Drags won't pay a cent over 500 because of cap restraints. Norman giving up a bit of money to make the move.
