After a horrible start to the season and with all of the outrage of the cap situation, things are definitely looking up with the way the team has performed and who has been unearthed this season.

The new regime has done a masterful job at so quickly getting out of previous bad deals and making some shrewd signings with what little money was left..

Pay deserves more credit as the year goes on. The players have been playing as hard as they can every week. There's a passion and joy within the squad that had been sorely lacking for the whole Destatorship.

Now results are coming as more players are given an opportunity. Pay and Hill and everyone else have done more with less in one year than what Hasbeen and Dud did for the last 5 years while wasting millions of dollars and letting go of our best prospects.

Full credit to all involved and to get the club in a positive direction in such a short space of time. We should at least contend for a top 8 spot next season which is a miracle considering the state the club was left in.

Well said! I think more credit should be shown to Chris Anderson too! He would have played pivotal roles in moving Woods and Mbye to start and now with all these good signings. And then to be able to rebuild within a year - looks like we can contend in the finals next season.

Goes to show that you can have all the gadgets, ipads and state of the art facilities in the world (Des), end of the day it takes man power, having the right people in the right roles and a group of blokes on the same page to get shit done.

We beat the Sharks and Knights lose, we finish 11th on ladder.

2017 we finished 11th as well.

That's probs a simple comparison year to year.

Considering everything that went against us and the dusruptions, we performed better this year than last year.
Great end to the season by all involved. Up and up from now onwards i hope.

There are certain kennelers that have gone quiet not wanting to hear how well Pay, Anderson's, Hill and the board have turned things around so quickly but also to sign some decent players when we were hearing no one wanted to play for us.

To be honest, I always had faith considering how things were going..

But I actually trusted an believed if pay and co were given a little time they would turn this around an it seems the rebuild is underway an progressing quicker than most thought it would.

The last few weeks/month has been outstanding..!!
