I feel like Pay is recruiting through toughness. Not necessarily a bad thing. Obviously he will be looking into talent wise but IMO he is looking for blokes who will get smashed, get back up and keep going like it was nothing. Hence why he loves Lewis as we all do and JMK as he is still retaining his spot (the hit he copped v Penrith). Chris Smith is a good pick up and is a tough player also. Trying to bring back the dogs of war through tough attitude players.

We need toughness. We had too many boys playing a man's game. Slowly the boys are making way for men.
